Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PocketRev app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What PocketRev does

PocketRev lets you view your Google AdMob earnings and reports on your mobile device, including through home-screen widgets. The App is provided by Stephen McBride ("we", "us").

3. Google account and AdMob access

To use the App you sign in with your Google account and grant read-only access to your AdMob reporting data. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You may revoke the App's access at any time through your Google account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only to access AdMob data that belongs to you or that you are authorised to view. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its related services.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The App relies on services provided by Google, including AdMob (for reporting data and for the ads shown in the App) and Firebase / Google Analytics. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's own terms and policies. The App may show advertisements.

6. The App is provided "as is"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data shown will always be accurate or complete. Earnings figures are estimates provided by Google and may change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to the App and these terms

We may update the App and these terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these terms we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and revoking its access in your Google account. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ireland.
